snowed in

Yesterday was the coldest Dec 20 in 40 years in Vancouver. -15 degrees. Bloody hell. Was out shovelling snow and my hands almost froze off. Pre-xmas dinner at bros place cancelled today because there are more snow flurries and many of the roads are closed or not safe. Well I wanted snow for xmas and I guess I'm gonna get it. Kinda a bit much however - people can't really get together cause of the tricky driving. W

Walked down to the beach today (yes beach). Needed to get out of the house. Needless to say I was the only one there. Cold n blowing. Hmmm - sitting under a palm tree with a coconut full of rum is starting to sound good again.
